Behavioural Competency
All behavioral characteristics such as knowledge, skills, teamwork, leadership qualities, technical knowledge, etc. that contribute to the development of a person in an organization to fulfill roles are called behavioral competences. It can be applied to people of all levels, which simply means that it is not limited to the upper, middle or lower levels.
