I guess what I'm asking, when I look at a tree, can I tell if it's red wood, red wood or cedar because they all have red trunks?

There are two types of redwood trees in Kalia (out of three in the world). The giant Sequoia can be found west of Sierra Nevada. The beach is found in Sequoia Cordillera de la Costa. Trees are a little different, but the environment in which you find them is very different. Coastal sequoia is found in fresh, moist forests with ferns and banana slugs. Giant sequoias are large and are found in hot, dry forests with pine trees.
