This is my first list of rules when it comes to ingredients in dog food:

1) When I choose dog food, I choose food with a lot of meat. I would like to see that at least 23 of the top 5 ingredients are meat or meat loaf (must be the first ingredient!) Eat only meat without moisture.

2) I would like to see better quality grains than wheat and corn like barley, rice and oats. Or starch / carbohydrate substitutes such as Atoes or Soft Atoes.
