Is the front of the Coachmen Catalina covered under warranty?

Is the Coachmen Catalina camper good for camping?
The Camper is very sturdy,nice inside and out. Enjoyed camping in it. My issue is on the bottom of the camper is only a thin layer of plastic to keep mice and rodents out. They chewed right through this and distroid my new camper. They have large holes where the plumbing goes in through the floor.
What was the problem with the Coachmen Catalina?
* The fabric on top of the slides (on corners) made contact and the fabric split exposing the wood and allowing water into the slide walls *Now water made it into the front bedroom because of shotty sealant and damaged the interior wall (which is now buckled and soft) I contacted Coachmen and they said it’s out of warranty and nothing can be done.
Is the Coachmen Catalina a toy hauler?
Big thanks to Wendi and Thomas for getting us in this 2018 Travel trailer, Toy Hauler. I’m sure we have many great adventures awaiting us. Never owned a travel trailer before so there is a lot of unknowns and we hope that all are the unknowns are good.

2018 Catalina, 26 ft travel trailer… Poor quality. First 12 months of owner ship: 1. Loose water clamp in bathroom flooded bathroom 2. Both propane hoses at the tanks leaked 3. Stove top igniter failed 4.
