Can a Norcold recall box be replaced free of charge?
We are told that Norcold service personal will connect the red wire from the coach power supply to the blue wire to the Norcold fridge control to test the fridge function. If the fridge turns on, then the Norcold recall box has failed and a Norcold authorized service department should replace the recall free of charge according to our clients.
Where are the DC connections on a Norcold refrigerator?
If you aren’t sure which they are, remove the power board cover so that you can see where everything connects. The inbound DC connections are labeled on the board and usually located at the bottom right hand side of the board. If there is no power at the board, look to the right of the power board.
