What does the color code on the fridge wire mean?
Each of the Ω1, Ω2, Ω3,… is a representation of using a multimeter (DMM) to measure the resistance either between the two wires or from the respective wire to the ground. Please note that the color code of the wire has no meaning because there is no polarity for the temperature sensor.
