The Onan intake manifolds are made from 2 pieces, sealed and riveted together, and can leak if the sealer deteriorates. I think Martin has shown pics of resealing one.

Connect the negative voltmeter lead to the GROUND jack and the positive lead to the 12 VDC POWER jack on the G-MAN and read the battery voltage. A fully charged battery in good condition should read 12.6 to 12.8 VDC. Charge the battery if necessary. IMPORTANT: Disconnect battery charger before proceeding with tests.
