Does anyone have a recipe for Zanzibar Fluffy Light Cheesecake? 3

2 pounds cream cheese, room temperature

1 stick without salt, room temperature

1 pure vanilla bar

11/2 cup cinnamon

1/2 cup minus 1 piece of corn starch

7 eggs

2 cups whipped cream

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, one-third gradient on top. Add a 13 x 9 inch baking pan and set aside.
